Audi Fêtes All-Wheel Drive Technology with Singapore - Land of quattro® Campaign

Audi is the world’s most successful premium manufacturer of vehicles with permanent all-wheel drive, having produced more than 6 million vehicles equipped with its quattro® technology famed for winning the German marque numerous motorsport titles.
It all started with the Ur-quattro, the world's first high-performance car with all-wheel drive technology, which stunned the world with its road-to-rally versatility when it was first launched 34 years ago in 1980.
The car went on to win four world rally championship titles between 1982 to 1984. With those achievements, it was no surprise the Ur-quattro became a bestseller.



Since then, the all-wheel drive that has been incorporated into Audi models from the Audi A4 to the A8 flagship limousine, the Q-family of SUVs, the S, RS models to the R8 supersports car, giving each vehicle a superior handling capability over its competitors.
With the Singapore - Land of quattro® campaign, Audi's strengths in driving experience and passenger safety comes to the fore.
In addition, a microsite at landofquattro.sg has been launched, where visitors can learn about the history of quattro and how it has repeatedly challenged convention throughout the years.
Further, the portal shows how the all-wheel technology conquers Singapore's roads under all weather conditions — rain or shine, winding roads or even unexpected roadworks.

Audi Singapore has launched a Facebook contest where participants are to upload their best photo of a favourite scenic route in Singapore. The winning entry will receive an exclusive one-day, all-expenses paid VIP road trip for four to Desaru in an Audi quattro-equipped car. Contest closes 12 November 2014.
