10. Banket coverage
This show-goer provides a fine example of how to sport this season's Burberry blanket-come-capes. A dressy handbag halts the impression that you just walked off the sofa and into the street.
9. Autumn frivolity
The season is defintely shifting in Paris, and so we admire this woman's desire to go bra-less in order to show off her latest purchase.
8. Better than just beige
There are so many colourful peacocks filling our street style inbox that sometime's it's nice just to sit back and admire the minimalistic basics in life.
7. All that shimmers
We're off to buy an embellished coat after seeing how hardworking it is - see how it makes those stonewash jeans look like the most elegant trousers?
6. Helena Bordon
Ladylike at its mini-skirted best, we love Bordon's fusion of bright colours.
5. Happy, shiny jewellery
How to breathe a bit of new life into your silk shirts this autumn? Add a very unusual necklace and you'll be sure to reap some compliments.
4. Mature student
We're enjoying this clash of stripes patterns (she says, going to locate the nearest scarf).
3. Another wrap star
The women of Paris are giving fine lessons in how to style blankets this season. So much chicer than a coat.
2. Leg it
Possibly the first pair of leggings to star in this feature, but look how they come into their own when paired with a wonderfully oversize shirt dress and Louis Vuitton boots.
1. Daria Shapovalova
In a dress coat by Yulia Yefimtchuk, the creatve director of Kiev Dashion Days looked like she was recreating a Paris postcard from the 50s.

10. Lashings of leopard
A woman after our own hearts with this public display of affection for leopard print, incorporating a spot of animal motif never looks tired.
9. Natalie Joos
The Tales of Endearment blogger always delights with her unexpected outfits. This vintage, floral jumpsuit is a particular treat.
8. Giovanna Battaglia
The statuesque Italian editor shows that you don't always need tons of layers and accessories to make yourself standout - just a structured dress and killer heels is all it takes (and a body like a gazelle).
7. Boyfriend jeans and heels
A timeless combination that works so well; we love this biscuity coloured cashmere addition and dose of shoulder-robing.
6. The shirt-dress for autumn
Wearing dresses over trousers is an ingenious way of extending wear out of your summer favourites - just make sure they are well cut and not too attention-grabbing.
5. Balancing act
We all know this style rule already but look how it works in real life: if you're showing off lots of leg, keep your top half modestly covered.
4. Miroslava Duma
The pregnant and petite Russian editor proved that you can never be too small to wear bold patterns.
3. JiHye Park
Fresh from walking in the Carven runway, the top model delivered a masterclass in elegant jersey. Her structured jacket and skirt stopped this look from looking too sporty. We love the panels.
2. Elle Strauss
Another pink and grey combo, this time from the British-born fashion director of Shopbop. We need her coat in our lives.
1. Cosy wonder
This beautifully mannish turtleneck gets a feminine lift from a split-front skirt. Now we can't wait for the temperatures to drop...

10. Coming up roses
Looking at this co-ordinated construction is like being presented with a big bouquet of freshly-cut flowers - it instantly makes you smile
9. The cardie gets cool
We keep cardigans to hand in winter to throw on under a leather jacket, but this show-goer proves that we should be wearing them solo as a top in their own right.
8. Working the onesie
This utilitarian jumpsuit is one of those buy now, wear forever pieces that can be masterfully layered.
7. Snuggle with me
How warm does this fabulous jumper look? We love the fringing and the fact that it would also look great with denim.
6. Just ribbing
Softly ribbed knitwear is having a moment and its not hard to see why. This collar/ scarf hybrid is top of our ribbed wishlist.
5. Ticking all the boxes
This catwalk attendee is nailing all of this season's trends in one simple look: the window pane check is there, as are the pointy mules.
4. The clash
You'd never think to pair these contrasting prints and textures together, but the outcome is unexpected and photo-worthy.
3. American dream
A sequin shirt is all you need to jazz up a pair of jeans and pumps on those can't-be-bothered days.
2. Colour-blocking
Add one white shirt to a bold pencil skirt and finish with a searingly bright coat and you've got an effortless look that everybody wants to copy.
1. Alana Zimmer
The top model's zebra-esque skirt drew many admiring glances in-between shows, and it's not hard to see why.
