Human Barbie Valeria Lukyanova has come under fire quite a few times for accusations that she Photoshops her pictures. From her doll-like appearance to her teeny tiny waist, people are quick to cry foul almost every time she posts a new pic.
After a series of YouTube videos and other live-action shots didn't satisfy the toughest critics, she's finally joined the selfie-snapping world to show that she's the real deal--because nobody Photoshops a selfie, right Kim Kardashian?
Anyway, she posted this makeup-free bikini selfie and aside from that frame that can't possibly put her at a healthy body weight, she looks kinda cute. Much less abrasive than that whole Barbie front she puts on. Looking as pretty as she does without all of the makeup, we can't help but wonder why she feels like she has to put on such a show.
This makeup-free selfie is probably the most "normal" thing we've seen from Valeria in quite some time. First, she declared that she's on a "Breatharian" diet. "In recent weeks I have not been hungry at all," the International Business Times reports. "I'm hoping it's the final stage before I can subsist on air and light alone." And you thought cutting carbs was hard!
Oh, and she also claims she can communicate with aliens--through light. "My communication with aliens is not verbal-we speak the language of light," she told The Daily Beast. "I have learned a lot from my contact with them..aliens helped me understand everything about the creation of our world."
While all of that is arguably strange at best, Valeria's most recent comment was the one that really got people fired up. In a new GQ interview, she basically said that she's not on board with mixed races.
"For example, a Russian marries an Armenian," she explains as she attempts to justify the crazy comment. "They have a kid, a cute girl, but she has her dad's nose. She goes and files it down a little, and it's all good. Ethnicities are mixing now, so there's degeneration, and it didn't used to be like that."
And don't even ask her about the idea of having kids of her own. She's completely repulsed by the very thought of it. Maybe she should just stick to looking pretty in photos because every time she opens her mouth, we end up annoyed at her.
